The new timeless classic by Lancel
If Bianca was a woman, she would be the icon who transcends time and fashion: she who could be glimpsed leaving Studio 54 in the 1970s, or roaming the streets of Paris or London in 2015. A woman who loves beauty, a free spirit who is no slave to trends, she is consistently and effortlessly elegant, deliberately casual. Very few objects captivate her. Those that do are discreetly luxurious and beautiful without ostentation; they highlight her enigmatic appeal, unparalleled femininity and stunning sense of style.
Bianca is a satchel with everything it takes to become an essential. Its assertively timeless and flowing lines are made to last. It is designed to be an efficient and helpful companion, good-looking without encumbering the figure. With its seventies-inspired style, Bianca features luxurious and subtle detail. Made in Italy, it integrates all of Lancel’s skills: leather work, stitching and jewellery.
Bianca is a tribute to purity. Minimalist in shape, it features a large leather flap with a metallic stroke of light at the front. Its adjustable strap is embellished with Lancel’s hallmark detail of discreet tone-on-tone cross-stitch topstitching and an understated embossed gold logo. The delicate metal fittings which attach the strap to the bag are based on designs from Lancel’s archives. Raw seams and black-dyed edges provide the final, striking touch.
Bianca combines essential features with practicality. Its accordion-style format makes the interior easy to organise: with three compartments, one zipped pocket and a patch pocket, everything is close to hand. On dual-material models, a patch pocket at the back offers instant access. The bag is lined in Lancel red.
